I.  Anmelde-Hinweise für |La Maravillosa|

1. Nach der Registrierung im hier veröffentlichten Formular melde ich mich zeitnah bei Dir/Euch zurück. Ich schicke Euch mit der Bestätigung und Einladung zum Event meine Kontodaten und dem Gesamtpreis, der sich aus Deiner/Eurer Anmeldung ergibt. Erst mit Eingang der vollständig überwiesenen Summe ist die Anmeldung erfolgreich. Dies werde ich Dir/Euch ebenfalls nochmal bestätigen.
2. Ich werde auch in diesem Jahr auf eine gleichmäßige Anzahl von Führenden & Folgenden achten, um allen Tänzerinnen & Tänzern unvergessliche drei Tage mit schönen Tangomomenten und Begegnungen zu schaffen.
3. Die 100%-Rückerstattung des/der gebuchten Event-Passes (sowohl „All Inklusive Marathon Pass“ als auch „Milonga Pass“) erfolgt nur bei Absage des Events durch mich als Veranstalterin, unabhängig der Gründe und dem Zeitpunkt, die zur Eventabsage führen.
4. Generell besteht jedoch keine Erstattung für bis dahin von Dir/Euch getätigte, eigene Buchungen für Flüge, Bahntickets o.Ä. und/oder Vorab-Kosten für Hotel bzw. Unterkunfts-Buchungen. Hierfür übernehme ich keine Haftungsansprüche!
5. Die vollständig bezahlten Pässe beider Kategorien können ebenfalls NICHT erstattet werden, unabhängig der Zeit bis zum Event, wenn ihr selbst krankheitsbedingt oder aus anderen, persönlichen Gründen doch nicht zum Marathon kommen wollt/könnt.

alle Milongas von Freitag bis Sonntag, süße und salzige Snacks, Wasser 

ALL INCLUSIVE MARATHON PASS für 130,00 EUR pro Person

alle Milongas von Freitag bis Sonntag, Mitternachts-Suppe Freitag Nacht und Samstag Nacht, Kuchenbuffet am Samstag und Sonntag Mittag & süße und salzige Snacks, Wasser, Soft Drinks, Kaffee, Tee

I. Important notes for your registration at |La Maravillosa|

1. After you have registered here on the standard form I’ll mail you back very soon. I’ll confirm your participation while sending you the total amount of costs for your chosen Marathon Pass(es) with the details of my bank account for transferring money. After receiving the total amount of costs you’ll get the final confirmation. And after that- Welcome to La Maravillosa !
2. I pay attention to a well-balanced number of leaders & followers! This is a standard of excellent Tango-Marathons and I want to fulfill this on behalf of all of us to experience three amazing days with all of you.
3. A 100% refund of the already paid Marathon-Pass(es) can ONLY take place in case of cancelling the event by myself as your host- no matter what time and my reasons would be.
4. In general there’s NO refund for all your additional costs like railway-tickets, flight tickets and/or accounting fees for hotel-rooms etc.
5. And there’s NO refund for your fully-paid Marathon-Pass(es) in case you can’t participate any longer due to personal reasons etc.
